These terms cover your purchase and use of ShipWolf. By buying or using it, you agree to them.

What you're buying

ShipWolf is a one-time purchase of $249 that gives you lifetime access to the playbook — the prompts, starter codebases, action path, reference videos, and the community — plus everything we ship to it afterward, at no extra cost. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product; we may retire or migrate ShipWolf with reasonable notice.

Your license

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use the prompts, code, and materials to build your own businesses, including for paying clients.

• You can use, adapt, and ship anything you build with the materials.
• You can't resell, republish, or redistribute the prompts, codebases, or content as your own product, or share your access with others.

The starter codebases are provided so you can fork and modify them; what you build on top is yours.

All sales are final

ShipWolf is a digital product — the moment you buy, you get the full prompts, codebases, and content, which can be copied and kept. For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If something is broken or you can't access what you paid for, reach out through our contact form and we'll make it right.

No income guarantee

ShipWolf gives you a process and tools. It does not guarantee any specific result, revenue, or outcome. What you earn depends on your own effort, market, and execution. Any examples or numbers shown are illustrative, not promises.

Third-party tools

The workflow relies on third-party services (for example Claude, Netlify, Beehiiv, Namecheap, and Gmail). You're responsible for your own accounts and for following each provider's terms and pricing. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for changes they make.

Acceptable use

Don't use ShipWolf to build anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and don't attempt to break, scrape, or resell access to the product or community.

Disclaimer & liability

The product is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShipWolf's total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Governing law & contact
