The solo-founder launch kit

Ship a real business this afternoon.

Re-tested on every launch I actually ship.

brand-voice.prompt Prompt 03 / 60
# Paste straight into Claude. Fill the brackets. You're my brand strategist. My product is [ONE LINE] for [WHO]. Give me three name options, a two-sentence voice (how it talks, what it never says), and a five-color palette with hex codes and the job each color does. Pick the boldest option you can defend. Then write the homepage hero: one headline, one subhead, one button.

Built with ShipWolf itself. Claude wrote this page and Netlify ships it — the launch list runs on the same five-tool stack that's inside the kit.

Five tools, not fifteen

The whole stack fits on one card.

Most no-code courses make you juggle a dozen platforms. I run everything on five and know each one cold. Here's the job each one does.

Claude
Your cofounder

Builds the site, writes the copy, designs the brand, and debugs the thing at 11pm. The prompts in ShipWolf are the exact ones I paste in.

Netlify
Your host

Drag a folder into the browser and you're live on a real URL. Free tier, forms built in, no server to babysit.

Beehiiv
Your list

Email and a signup page that converts. Where your first hundred subscribers live before you have anything else.

Namecheap
Your name

A domain for ten bucks and the five-minute DNS setup everyone overthinks. One prompt walks you through the records.

Gmail
Your front desk

A real address on your own domain, plus the inbox your first customers actually email. Boring, free, done in minutes.

And the stack keeps improving. When a new tool or program earns its place in how I build, you get it too — the prompts, the platform integration, and the workflow to run it. New skillset, same one-time price.

What you get today — and forever

Everything's a copy-paste away.

Not a video library you'll never finish. The actual prompts, codebases, and steps — in the order you use them, and growing every month.

The prompts · the actual product

60+ prompts, battle-tested across real builds

Brand, copy, design, calculators, SEO, debugging — every part of a launch has a prompt that's been tuned until it lands on the first paste. Copy, customize, ship.

  • brand-voice.prompt
  • landing-hero.prompt
  • seo-metadata.prompt
  • fix-this-bug.prompt
The action path

The exact order of moves

What to do first, next, and last — with screenshots. No guessing which step comes when.

Templates & codebases

Two working starter codebases

Forks of businesses I actually shipped. They cut the build from six hours to about two — the part a generic playbook can't hand you.

Reference videos

Short Looms for the sticky bits

Three to ten minutes each, for the moments you'd otherwise lose an hour to. Watch the two you need, skip the rest.

The community

A Discord that ships in public

Where buyers post launches, swap prompts, and pull each other across the finish line. The reason people finish instead of stalling at 80%.

Zero to live

The afternoon, hour by hour.

Not lessons — a sequence of moves. This is the path I follow on every launch. Your clock shifts an hour either way.

  1. 0:00 · Validate

Pick the idea and pressure-test it

Run the Niche Validation Worksheet and one Claude prompt. If the idea's weak, you find out in fifteen minutes — not three weeks.

  2. 0:30 · Brand

Lock the name, voice, and look

One brand prompt gives you names, a voice, and a palette. One more gives you a logo direction. Pick the bold option and move on.

  3. 1:00 · Build

Build the site from a starter codebase

Fork one of the two codebases, paste the design prompts, and watch the real pages take shape. This is where the saved hours come from.

  4. 2:30 · Wire

    Domain, hosting, email, list

Buy the name on Namecheap, deploy to Netlify, set up Gmail on your domain, connect Beehiiv. The prompts walk every DNS record.

  5. 3:30 · Write

Sales copy, launch post, first email

The copy prompts do the heavy lifting. You edit for taste and your own voice instead of staring at a blank page.

  6. 4:30 · Shipped

Push it live and post the launch

Deploy, share the link, drop it in Discord. You have a real business with a real URL — before dinner.

Let's be straight

It's a playbook, not a course.

I'm not going to teach you a framework and disappear. You get the prompts I use, the codebases I shipped, and a room full of people building right now.

The usual

The $2,000 no-code course

  • Eight modules of video to watch before you build anything
  • A dozen platforms to learn, half of which you'll never reopen
  • Recorded in 2023, outdated by the time you finish module three
  • A community that goes quiet the week after the launch
ShipWolf

The five-tool launch kit

  • 60+ prompts today — and every prompt I write tomorrow
  • Five tools, learned deeply — not fifteen learned halfway
  • Everything I ever ship, forever — operators, codebases, updates, all included
  • A Discord that ships in public — the retention layer, not a dead forum

Straight answers

Questions you're right to ask.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The whole point of the prompts is that Claude writes the code — you paste and deploy. If you can drag a folder into a browser, you can ship a site.

Is this just a pack of generic AI prompts?

They're Claude prompts, tested across real builds — not scraped off a blog. Each one is tuned until it produces something you can ship on the first paste, even with zero coding background.

What's the catch with "lifetime updates"?

There isn't one. These tools change every quarter, so a snapshot playbook goes stale fast. Keeping it current is the product — so every revision is free, for as long as ShipWolf exists.

How is this different from a no-code course?

A course teaches you a method and leaves. ShipWolf hands you the prompts and the codebases and a community building alongside you. Less watching, more shipping. See the side-by-side.

Can I really do it in an afternoon?

A focused 4–6 hours for most people. Your first build might run long while you learn the flow; the starter codebases cut the next ones to about two hours.

What if I get stuck?

Short reference Looms cover the common walls, and the Discord is full of founders building right now. You won't be debugging alone at midnight.

What's coming after launch?

Operators rolling out monthly — pre-built Claude Project files for cold email, launches, newsletters, and SEO content. More starter codebases for directories, productized services, and newsletter sites. Quarterly prompt updates as the tools evolve. All of it free for buyers, forever. The roadmap is as much the product as what's live today. See what's shipping.

Can I use it for more than one project?

Yes — pay once, build unlimited projects. Every prompt, codebase, and future update is yours to reuse forever, on as many businesses as you want. No per-project fee, no subscription, no second invoice.

Your afternoon's free

Want a business by dinner — and every business after that?

Five tools. The prompts. The order. The operators coming next. All yours for $249, forever. Go.
