This policy explains what ShipWolf (“ShipWolf,” “we,” “us”) collects when you visit shipwolf.co or buy the playbook, and what we do with it.

• Purchase details — handled by our payment processor; we receive confirmation and the email tied to the order, not your full card details.
• Basic analytics — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

• To deliver the product and its updates, and to send launch-list emails you opted into.
• To answer support questions and resolve billing issues.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use a small set of service providers strictly to run ShipWolf:

• Netlify — site hosting and form capture.
• Beehiiv — email list and newsletter delivery.
• Stripe — checkout and billing.
• Google Analytics — aggregate site analytics.

Each provider has its own privacy terms and processes data on our behalf.
